Monday
Did: 1.32mi @ 9:06/mi + 0.83 mi walk + 6 mi mountain bike ride
Just enough run for the streak followed by a walk with the pup.
In the late afternoon, got to ride bikes in the woods with Scott! It's been quite a while since we got to ride together, so this was a fun opportunity to ride new trails.
Tuesday
Did: Track #10kTuesday 6.23 mi @ 8:02/mi avg
Downtown track morning, felt really great considering I'm only a week out from marathon! Did 7x600 repeats, all in the range of 2:24-2:30 per repeat.
Wednesday
Did: 3.02 mi pup walk + 2.64 mi @ 8:46/mi avg
Morning walk with the pup after dropping off D at school then a neighborhood run later in the day.
Thursday
Did: 4.11 mi @ 8:53/mi avg
Early miles on the swamp rabbit in some drizzly conditions.
Friday
Did: 1.9 mi treadmill run + 20 min strength training
Back in the gym for some strength and got some miles done too!
Saturday
Did: 10.15 mi @ 9:09/mi Sidewall to Sidewall Fun Run + 1.1 mi pup walk
Signed up for this "fun run" after seeing it for several years and wishing I could join... finally in town for the weekend of the event, and it was a beautiful sunny spring morning! The run goes from Sidewall Pizza in downtown Greenville, up the Swamp Rabbit all the way to Sidewall Pizza in Travelers Rest... a total of just about 10 miles, almost entirely on the Swamp Rabbit. It was a great run and got to meet some cool new peeps!

Sunday
Did: 2 mi @ 9:09/mi avg + 17.84 mi @ 11.3 mph bike ride
A couple of morning miles in the neighborhood while it was still raining, then got out on the road bike in the afternoon once the sun came out! Took a family ride on the swamp rabbit and stopped for ice cream :)
