Boston Marathon #127 Training (Week 15 of 16)

Last week of training before race dayyyyy!!!!

Monday
Did: 4.94 mi @ 7:48/mi
Run on the trail with 4 tempo miles. Felt so good to run fast in the sunshine!

Tuesday
Did: 6.48 mi @ 8:24/mi avg
Track day, took just 4x 800 at a pace that felt like a slight push but not too fast... all were around 3:25ish per repeat. Felt great!

Wednesday
Did: 3.17 mi @ 8:39/mi avg
Ran the cross-country course today at a comfortable pace. Beautiful warm sunny day!

Thursday
Did: 5.5 mi @ 9:39/mi avg
Extra easy pace on the Lakeview Lollipop route in the morning. 

Friday
Did: 2.13 mi @ 9:27/mi avg
Morning out and back in TR.

Saturday
Did: 1.16 mi pre-flight loop + 6.83 mi biking around Boston
Short loop in the neighborhood before boarding the flight to Boston!!

Afternoon after landing in Boston, took their commuter rental bikes on a loop to a couple of breweries.

Sunday
Did: 3.11 mi @ 10:01/mi shakeout run
Met up with some friends at a group shakeout run hosted by Bandit running / Hoka. Super fun easy loop through Boston Commons!
