Felt like doing a little core work so I dug out my old P90X DVDs and did the Ab Ripper X video. I forgot how annoying Tony is. 😂

Speed workout today in the middle of 10k Tuesday. Was able to get out during a break in the rain at lunch and ran on a segment of the frontage road I haven't run on in many years but used to do speedwork on quite a bit since it is long, straight, and mostly flat. I programmed the workout into my watch, set target paces for the intervals (6:30-6:50) and went for it! Turned out to be a challenge given the lingering soreness in the legs, but overall went pretty well.

Rockers Run Club in the rain! Took it easy and counting this for the Wednesday easy miles on the training plan. Was supposed to have been the run with the Spartanburg Christmas parade, but the rain meant the parade was cancelled. We ran anyway and had a great time! Small crew but then we also won trivia after the run - what fun!
