Monday
Did: 12 min strength workout + 1.6 mi walk
Didn't have time for much at the gym this morning unfortunately, so I did bodyweight + a bit of upper body strength in the time I had.
Went for a walk after lunch. Seems like maybe that cool front is coming back through... maybe...
Tuesday
Did: 7.24 mi @ 8:04/mi avg + 8 min bodyweight workout
Track Tuesday and it felt amazing outside!
3x1 mi repeats (7:08, 7:16, 6:58) + Hot 400 (90s)
Wednesday
Did: 2 mi walk + 6 mi bike ride
Morning walk in the neighborhood and a bike ride commute in the late afternoon.
Did: 6.3 mi @ 8:56/mi
Morning miles with the downtown group, a bit sluggish today.
Friday
Did: 3.1 mi walk + 41 min bodyweight workouts
Swamp Rabbit walk in the morning, then caught up on 3 days worth of bodyweight workouts. That was tough!
Saturday
Did: 18.1 mi mountain biking + 2 mi hike
18 miles between two rides at Jackrabbit, plus a short hike at lunch with some doggo friends and D.
Sunday
Did: 1.5 mi walk
Walked around Airplane Park while D played on the playground. We played mini golf after. 😁
