Part A with 20# ruck:
20 RFT: 5 pushups, 6 mtn climbers, 7 squats
Part B with 40# sandbag:
6 rounds: 8 deadlift, 6 cleans, 4 front squat, 2 overhead press
Holy crap that was harder than I thought it would be.
30 min pickleball with D
Another Monday afternoon of pickleball with the little dude. Didn't play quite as long today - the courts got crowded and I felt guilty occupying a court and not actually playing since we still don't know the rules. 😂 Lots of fun, though!

.... aaaaaand then things got away from me for about a month and a half. Summary post upcoming then hopefully picking this back up again.
